"Beer Rocks"? Hmm...

Amount Measure Ingredient
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 head Cabbage
-- chopped up
1 large Onion
-- diced
Cheddar Cheese
-- grated
1 batch Roll Dough (see recipe for Rolls)
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
 

Brown meat and drain. Blend everything in a food processor. Simmer just until dry (~20 minutes) with the lid off, stirring periodically. Stop right when it gets dry and it won't burn! Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll out bread dough as thin as you can (~ 1/8th inch thick). Cut into squares about 4 inches across and put in one tablespoon of meat mixture and a good bit of grated cheese. Fold over and seal. Put runzas on a greased cookie sheet so they are not touching each other. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until evenly browned.
